Ingredients

  • 500 gms minced meat
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp salt – or acc to taste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 inch ginger, chopped in to small pcs
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 25 gms onions ( chopped )
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 4 cups of water

Instructions

    Heat oil in a saucepan. Fry chopped onion and ginger till brown. Add mince meat and fry for five mins. Add salt, turmeric , cumin, chilly, cinnamon, coriander powder and garlic paste and stir well. Add water and cover it till it boils. Boil it for 3 mins. Serve hot.
